The Air Force Cycling Classic

 

The Air Force Cycling Classic's tradition began in 1998, and boasts the Washington, DC region's premier Professional bike races. In 2008, the Air Force Cycling Challenge Crystal Ride was added, and has grown to become the area's largest non-competitive, participatory ride.

The Air Force Cycling Challenge Crystal Ride
Sunday, June 10th

The Air Force Cycling Challenge Crystal Ride is an amateur, non-competitive, participatory ride, open to cyclists of all abilities.  General entrants will start and end in Crystal City. The ride will be held on a closed circuit in and around the Pentagon, Crystal City and the Air Force Memorial. Participants can be challenged for up to 8 laps (100km) in 3.5 hours, either as a Standard Registrant, Corporate Challenge Team or as part of Team Sabre fundraisers.

The Air Force Cycling Classic Clarendon Cup
Saturday, June 9th

Saturday's Clarendon Cup is one of the Nation's premier professional bike races. Now in it's 15 year of tradition, it has seen some of the worlds top cyclists race on the famous 5 turn, 1km course.  Registration will open soon!

The Air Force Cycling Classic Crystal Cup
Sunday, June 10th

On Sunday, right after the conclusion of the Crystal Ride, the Crystal Cup, now in its 5th year, offers teams a second day to showcase their talents and entertain the crowds on another venue in Arlington.  Registration will open soon!!

You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  We apologize for the the inconvenience.  We will post updates when we fix some of the missed laps and incorrect chip timing stars.  Due to some logistic challenges that cropped up just prior to the start, the timing company moved their encoder to the sensor located ahead of the s/f line. Their plan was to update the laps for those between that line and the s/f line as they came around to complete their first lap.
