The Air Force Cycling Classic Crystal Ride
Sunday, June 13th 0730 hrs
Crystal City - 2100 Crystal Drive. Arlington, VA

Brief Description:
This is an amateur, non-competitive, participatory ride, open to cyclists of all abilities, starting and ending in Crystal City. The ride will be held on a 12.5 kilometer circuit in and around the Pentagon, Crystal City and the Air Force Memorial. Participants can be challenged for up to 8 laps (100km) in 3.5 hours, either as a Standard Registrant, Corporate Challenge Team or as part of Team Intrepid Heroes.  You do not have to start at 7:30am, as you can check in up to 9am - it just all depends on how many laps you want to complete by 11am.

On-line registration is now closed, however you can still register in person during packet pick-up at the Crystal City Marriott at Reagan National Airport (1999 Jeff Davis Hwy, Arlington, VA), on Friday between 2-6pm, and on Saturday, between noon and 5pm.  You can also register on ride morning at the s/f line (check back, in case registration is full).

$35 Discounted Entry (Active Duty/Reserve Military Personnel/WABA/USA Cycling & Potomac Pedalers)
$10 Late fee after May 21

T-Shirt, Timing chip rental, finishers medal, refreshments and Active.com fee. Note T-shirts are only for pre-registered prior to May 17.

Discounted Fee:
You must bring valid proof of discounted category or pay the extra $10 at packet pick up

In-Person Registration
You may register in person for the event on Friday June 11th 28 at the Crystal City Marriott Hotel from 2-6pm or on Saturday, June 12th at the hotel from 12-5pm. Subject to availability, you can register on the morning of the ride, Sun June 13th, at the Registration Tent at the start/finish line in Crystal City, 6-9am. Please note that t-shirts will only be distributed to the riders registered prior to May 17th.

Corporate Challenge

Up to 6 riders per team, but multiple teams within the same corporation allowed. $500 minimum team pledge. Top three fund-raising teams recognized on stage. Top three teams by laps completed recognized on stage. Fund-raising deadline 6/6/10. Note T-shirts are only for pre-registered prior to May 17.

$200 Corporate Challenge Team

Entry Fee Includes:
Entry for up to 6 riders, T-Shirts, Timing Chips, Finishers Medals, Refreshments and Active.com fees for all team members. Note T-shirts are only for pre-registered prior to May 17.

Pledge:
A minimum pledge of $500 for the team, with the proceeds to benefit the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.

Team Intrepid Heroes 

Help support the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund Click Here through pledges made by members of Team Intrepid Heroes. 100% of pledges made will go to support this effort which will build the National Intrepid Center of Excellence in Bethesda, MD, an advanced facility dedicated to research, diagnosis and treatment of military personnel and veterans suffering from traumatic brain injury (TBI) and psychological health issues.

Fees:
$55 non-refundable processing fee and requires a minimum of a $150 pledge

Team Intrepid Hero Fee/Pledge includes:
Limited edition Team Intrepid Hero jersey (the first 120 to register will receive the jersey before the ride, others will have to wait 6-8 weeks**) , fundraising incentives at $1000 (green jersey level) and $2500 (Polka-dot jersey level), T-Shirt, Timing chip rental, finishers medal, access to Team Intrepid Hero Recovery Tent and Active.com fee. Top fundraiser receives the Yellow Jersey!
